Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Flowers & Preserved Roses (T’ika Blooms)
All floral sales are final
Due to the nature of floral products, all sales are final on:
-Preserved roses (single stems, arrangements, boxes)
-Fresh flowers
-Dried flowers
-Any floral/rose product
These items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damage / Quality Guarantee (Covered Cases Only)
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue covered by our guarantee (example: significant color fading within the stated guarantee period), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
-Order number
-Clear photos and/or video of the product and packaging
If approved, we offer:
-Replacement, or
-Store credit, or
-Partial refund
No claims will be accepted after 48 hours without clear supporting evidence.
Clothing (Andean Allpaqa)
Returns (Eligible Items)
Eligible clothing items may be returned if:
-You contact us within 7 days of delivery
-The item is unworn, unused, unwashed
-The item is free of stains, odors (perfume/smoke), pet hair
-The item has to be returned in original condition/packaging
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use.
Final Sale (NO Returns / NO Exchanges / NO Refunds)
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
FINAL SALE includes, but is not limited to:
-Clearance items
-Discounted/promotional items
-Any purchase made using a discount code
-Any item labeled “Sale” on the product page or at checkout
Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing FINAL SALE items.
Return Shipping (Customer Paid)
-Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
-We do not provide prepaid return labels.
-We recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned item (if eligible).
-Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method
-Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
-Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you want a different item, the standard process is:
-Return the eligible item (if allowed), then
-Place a new order
How to Start a Return
Email us with:
-Order number
-Item(s) you want to return
-Reason for return
-Photos (required if damaged/defective)
We will reply with return instructions and the return address if your return is eligible.

Return Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse any return that:
-Arrives worn, used, washed, damaged by the customer
-Has stains, odors, pet hair, or missing tags
-Is outside the return window
-Is FINAL SALE
If a return is refused, we can ship it back at the customer’s expense.
