• Fresh Roses: Shipped directly from Ecuador and delivered within 5 business days.
• Preserved and Dried Roses: Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, depending on your location in Canada.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
• For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses across Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Damages or Issues

If your roses arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@tikablooms.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
